Speaker Series Lunches

Monthly – 3rd Wednesday, lunchtime

Our Speaker Series brings regional leaders and subject‑matter experts to Tallmadge for practical, business‑building insights. Expect relevant topics—from leadership and marketing to workforce and local development—plus time for audience Q&A and networking. Open to members and guests; registration includes lunch. Come learn, connect, and leave with ideas you can put to work the same day.

Format: keynote or panel • Q&A • networking

At the Table: Business Roundtable

Monthly – 1st Thursday 8:30 a.m.

A candid, peer‑to‑peer discussion where local business leaders talk through real challenges and opportunities. There’s no podium—just facilitated conversation, shared resources, and practical takeaways you can implement immediately. Seats are intentionally limited to keep the dialogue focused and valuable.

Great for: owners and decision‑makers
Format: brief introductions • facilitated discussion • action items

Women's Initiative Network (WIN)

Monthly – 2nd Wednesday, Lunchtime

WIN empowers women in business through connection, mentorship, and professional growth. Each quarter features a rotating format—HerStory, Nonprofit Spotlight, Book Club—designed to help you expand your network and your confidence.

Great for: women professionals 
Format: networking • program/workshop • resource sharing

Tallmadge Power Networks

1st and 3rd Wednesday - afternoon
2nd and 3rd Thursday - morning

The Power Networks are a structured networking opportunity designed to help you build strong referral partnerships. Share a concise introduction, rotate through focused conversations, and leave with quality leads and follow‑up appointments. Bring plenty of cards and your 30–60 second pitch.

Great for: sales professionals, service providers, and growth‑minded businesses
Format: rapid intros • guided table rotations • referral follow‑ups
